While striving for transparency & keeping our offerings as current as possible, pricing & availability are confirmed at the time of your formal quote (valid for 30 days). Your rate is guaranteed once we receive your signed contract & a non-refundable retainer.

Complimentary Extended Access
Each wedding package includes complimentary extended access to the grounds for unhurried setup & teardown.
You are welcome on the grounds from Noon the day before your wedding until 11AM the morning after.

Cash/Check Discount
We offer a discount when paying with cash or paper check.
This discount includes $100 off the wedding venue package & 3% off add-ons.

Sales Tax
*A 6% PA Sales Tax will be added to all services & packages. Final totals will be itemized in your formal quote.

Booking Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer & contract is required to secure your event date. This amount will be applied toward your final balance. Events booked more than six months in advance qualify for a graduated payment plan. A 25% non-refundable retainer is required at signing, followed by a 25% payment due six months before the event. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. If booking less than 30 days in advance, the full balance is due upon booking.

Event Insurance
In line with industry standards, the contract will require a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) for your event of no less than $1,000,000 naming Schmucklehead Farms LLC as an ‘Additional Insured’ for the date(s) of your event (including setup & teardown days). The policy must include coverage for bodily injury & property damage.
Sites such as The Event Helper, Eventsured, or WedSafe are commonly used for obtaining this type of policy.
